Folios: 445v-446. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter I. Grant.
First party: Ranulf, earl of Chester [Ranulf de Blundeville].
Second party: Gilbert de Beningwrth [Benniworth].
Place or subject: The whole land which was of Richard de Warewico [Warwick] as the right of his wife, daughter of the same Richard. To hold of the earl and his heirs by such service as Richard de Warewico [Warwick] held it.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Philip de Orrebi [Orby]; John de Pratellis; Walter de Coventre [Coventry]; Roger de Maletot; Elias Butler; William son of Drogo; and Thomas de Orrebi.
