Second party: Gilbert de Beningwurth [Benniworth].
Place or subject: The whole land which his ancestors and Gilbert held of William de Roumara [Roumare] and his ancestors. To hold of the earl and his heirs to Gilbert and his heirs in fee and inheritance by the service of six knights, just as the charters of William de Roumara [Roumare], which Gilbert has, bear witness.
