First party: William de Roum' [Roumare].
Second party: Gilbert de Benigwurd [Benniworth].
Place or subject: The whole land which Gilbert's father held of William, and by the same service which his father held it, and William received his homage and relief. Gilbert and his heirs will hold this land of William and his heirs by the service by which his father held it of him, and according to the charters which his father had concerning this.
