First party: Henry, son of Walter de Oxkumbe [Oxcombe].
Second party: Robert, son of Maud Pirij of Holm.
Place or subject: One toft lying between the toft of Walter, son of Vygot de Holm, called Helle. To hold to Robert and his heirs freely and quietly from Henry and his heirs, paying 22d yearly to Henry and his heirs, namely 5½d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas, for all secular services, customs and demands
