Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln.
Place or subject: Bartholomew's capital messuage and his whole tenement with appurtenances which he had in Staynwath [Stenwith] next to Seggebrok [Sedgebrook] on the day of the completion of this deed, without any reservation. All the tenements of Staynwath [Stenwith] which could descend, revert or escheat to Bartholomew or his heirs in Stenwith in any way after the death of the tenants, are to remain on the day of the completion of this deed to the earl and his heirs quit, without reclaim from Bartholomew or his heirs forever.
