Second party: Robert de Horbling, knight, and Isabel, his wife.
Place or subject: 6½ acres of arable and newly broken land in the territory of Horbling, one headland of newly broken land in le Sake, half an acre of which lies on the north side of Mikeldaile between the land which William son of Andrew holds, and half an acre lies at Ascow between the land of William son of Gode and the land which was of John son of Stephen; and one acre lies upon Boleccif and Barundal Furlong between the lands of the nuns of Sempingham [Sempringham] and the lands which were of Joscelin son of Joscelin and Stephen son of Simon; and half an acre lies on the south side of Barundale between the land of the nuns of Sempringham and the land which was of John son of William; and half an acre lies towards Sutdale between the land of John son of Elias and the land of Robert Comb; and half an acre lies in the south field between the land of those same nuns and the land which was of William at the Well, and abuts upon the headland late of Thomas the clerk; and half an acre in the same field lies between the land of the nuns and the land which was of Thomas son of Godwin; and half an acre lies upon Holdwentland between the land of Alan son of Robert and the land which Alan Wade holds; and one rood lies in the same furlong between the land which was of William at the Well and the land of Walter the clerk; and one rood lies in Blakmild between the land of the nuns and the land of Lord Robert himself; and half an acre lies on the east side of Carisdik between the land which was of Gilbert de Calceto and the land which Robert Comb held; and two roods lie in le Sik between the land of Alan, son of Robert Targe, and the headland lies there between the land of Wiliam Gode and the land which Robert Comb held; and one rood lies in Litteldale between the land of the nuns and the land of William de Donington; and one rood lies in le Riskis between the land of Robert Comb and the land which Robert Coteler holds. To hold to Robert and Isabel his wife and the heirs or assigns of the same Robert freely and quietly without any secular service forever.
