Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln.
Place or subject: Bartholomew's capital messuage and the whole of his tenement with appurtenances which he had in Staynwath [Stenwith] next to Segbroc [Sedgebrook] on the day of the completion of this deed, without any reservation. Bartholomew wills that all tenements of Staynwath [Stenwith] which could descend, revert or escheat to him or his heirs in Stenwith in any way after the death of the tenants, are to remain to the earl and his heirs quit without reclaim from Bartholomew or his heirs forever.
