Place or subject: A toft with a croft called Levedihous, and the whole croft with appurtenances lying on the north side next to the court, and one headland abuts upon the river Devene [Devon], and another headland at the way which leads to Muston. To hold of Bartholomew and his heirs to the earl and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace, fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Bartholomew and his heirs or assigns one clove at Easter for all services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
