Place or subject: A moiety of the a certain field of Bartholomew called Wandevile Wong, lying next to the land late of Master Hugh de Burreby [Barrowby] on the east side and the land of Bartholomew de Staynwath [Stenwith] on the west side. To hold of Bartholomew and his heirs and assigns to the earl and his heirs and assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace, in fee and inheritance, paying 2d yearly to Bartholomew and his heirs and assigns at Michaelmas for all services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
