First party: John de Neville, son of Reginald de Prendergast.
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The manor of Cokerington [Cockerington] with appurtenances, which John le Vavasur [Vavasour] demised at farm to Philip. To hold to Philip and his heirs according to the form, tenor and term contained in a deed completed between John and Philip. For a certain sum of money which Philip gave to John in advance. After the end of a term of seven years the manor will return quit to John de Neville, if it happens in the king's court that John obtains that manor.
