Place or subject: All lands, messuages and rents with appurtenances in tofts, crofts, liberties, pastures, pasturages, territories, waters, ways, paths and all other places within the vill and outside which Philip holds from the gift of John, his brother, in the vill and territory of Cokerinton [Cockerington]. Fully and entirely without any reservation. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns according to the tenor of the charter which he has from John, his brother.
