Folios: 426v-427. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter F. Grant.
First party: William de Redburn [Redbourne].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The homage and service of Lambert le Curtays of Cokerington [Cockerington] and Sigdhered, his wife, and their heirs, 3s of annual rent which they owed to William and were accustomed to pay yearly for the land which they held of him in Cockerington, and 15d of annual rent which William used to receive from the land which Robert Marelin once held in Cockerington. Fully and entirely without any reservation. For four marks which Philip gave to William in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of William and his heirs freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying 1d yearly to William and his heirs at the feast of St Botolph for all suits of courts, services, customs and demands.
