Place or subject: Five selions of cultivated land with appurtenances in the territory of Cokerington [Cockerington], which contains two and a half acres of land, lying between the land of Richard le Waleys on the west side and Philip's land on the east side, whose limits abut towards the south upon the territory of Grimmolby [Grimoldby] and towards the north upon Suthgate. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly and honourably, paying yearly to William and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all services, suits of courts, demands and customs.
