First party: William, son of William de Redeburne [Redbourne].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Saufleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two acres of meadow in the meadows of Cokerinton [Cockerington] lying between the lands of the abbot of Parco Lude [Louth Park] and the land which Peter de Wyum holds on the south side and the land which Walter son of Aunfrid holds and the abbot of Louth Park on the north side, abutting upon the land which Maud wife of Gamel holds on the west side and the land of the abbot on the east side; and five arable selions on the east side of the vill of Cockerington, which contain three acres, lying between the land which Walter son of Aunfrid holds on the east side and the land which William Wudecok holds on the west side, abutting towards the north upon the royal highway and towards the south upon le Suthgate; and two selions on the west side of the vill, which contain one acre, lying between the lands which Walter son of Osbert holds on the west side and the land of John le Vauvasor [Vavasour] on the east side, abutting upon le Syk towards the north and towards the south upon le Wudegate. Without any reservation and according to the charters which Philip has of William. To hold to Philip and his heirs of William and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance with all appurtenances, liberties and easements in meadows, pastures and pasturages and in all other places, for 60s which Philip gave to William in advance. Paying yearly to William and his heirs one clove at Christmas for all services, suits of courts and demands.
