First party: Henry Wicc, son of Ralph Wicc of Luda [Louth].
Second party: Walter, son of Richard de Witchall [Withcall], his kinsman.
Place or subject: One acre of arable land lying in the territory of Halinton [Hallington] between the land of the nuns of Lekeburn [Legbourne] and the land which was of Reginald Winter, namely that which Henry the chaplain had of the gift of William, son of Ranulf de Witchall [Withcall], and gave to Ralph, Henry's father. Paying yearly one halfpenny's worth of wax at the altar of the Blessed Virgin, which is situated in the church of St Martin of Witchall [Withcall], for all service and exaction, just as William's charter bears witness.
County: [Lincolnshire].
