First party: Gilbert, son of Eudo de Burc.
Second party: William son of Gizle.
Place or subject: A moiety of the salt-works which William's father held of Gilbert and Gilbert's father. To hold of Gilbert and his heirs freely and quietly, giving 12d yearly for all service and half a sexter of salt for the moiety which lies on the north between the salt-works of Godwin, William's brother, and the salt-works of Agmund de Gutario, namely 6d at the feast of St Botolph 6d and 6d at Michaelmas and half a sexter of salt.
