First party: Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Henry de Keel [Keal].
Place or subject: The whole of Odo's land, without any reservation, which he had in the territory of Manneby [Manby], namely in land, cultivated fields and meadow. In marriage with Elizabeth, Odo's daughter. To hold to Henry and his heirs with Elizabeth, absolutely and honourably, in fee and inheritance of Odo and his heirs. Paying 34d yearly to Odo and his heirs, viz 8½d at each of the feasts of Hilary, the Close of Easter, the Nativity of St John the Baptist and in the octave of Michaelmas, for all earthly service and secular exaction.
