First party: Simon, son of William de Salfledeby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: The whole meadow which Simon has lying in the south meadows between Andrew's land on the west side and the land of John Dunping on the east side, and it abuts upon le Aa towards the south and upon Andrew's land towards the north. To hold to Andrew and his heirs of Simon and his heirs, paying yearly to tSimon and his heirs one halfpenny at Michaelmas for all service and secular exaction.
