Second party: Peter, son of Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Three selions lying upon Wefhelber in the territory of Little Carlethon [Little Carlton], namely the land of Peter himself on the eastern side and the land of John de Baklethon on the western side, and they abut towards the south upon the land of John de Carlethon [Carlton] and towards the north upon Peter's land. To hold to Peter and his heirs of William and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to William and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all secular services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
