Description

Folio: 417. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.

First party: Eudo, son of Robert son of Richard de Trustorp [Trusthorpe], one of the heirs of William de Schitebrock [Skidbrooke], clerk, deceased, Eudo's uncle.

Second party: Master John, son of Odo Galle of Salfletteby [Saltfleetby].

Place or subject: All of Eudo's right and claim in the name of inheritance after the death William, his uncle, in all arable lands, tenements, buildings, stalls at the port of the sea, meadows, pastures, pasturages, tofts, crofts, ways, paths, commons and in the site of the mill, which were at one time of the same William in the vills and territories of Schitebrock [Skidbrooke] and Sumercotes [Somercotes] by the gift of Roger, late vicar of Skidbrooke. For 8 marks which John gave to Eudo in advance.

County: [Lincolnshire].
