Folio: 414. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.

First party: Robert, son of Robert le Newecomen of Manneby [Manby].

Second party: Master John Galle of Saltfleteby [Saltfleetby].

Place or subject: All Robert's right and claim in all lands and tenements, with tofts, crofts, meadows, pastures, pasturages, waters, ways, paths and all appurtenances and easements, which were formerly of Gilbert, son of Elias of Manneby in the vill of Manneby [Manby] and outside, which same lands and tenements John has by the gift and feoffment of Roger and William, Gilbert's sons and heirs. To hold to John and his heirs and assigns quietly, absolutely and without any opposition from Robert and his heirs or assigns forever.

County: [Lincolnshire].
