First party: Margaret, daughter of William the clerk of Scytebroc [Skidbrooke].
Second party: Master John Galle.
Place or subject: One halfpenny of annual rent, in which John was bound to Margaret, for two acres of land in the vill of Scyttebroc [Skidbrooke] that Margaret formerly sold to Philip, John's brother, just as is contained in the charter completed about this. For a certain sum of money which John gave to Margaret in advance.
County: [Lincolnshire].
