Description

Folio: 413v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.

First party: Margaret, daughter of William the clerk of Scytebroc [Skidbrooke].

Second party: Master John Galle.

Place or subject: One halfpenny of annual rent, in which John was bound to Margaret, for two acres of land in the vill of Scyttebroc [Skidbrooke] that Margaret formerly sold to Philip, John's brother, just as is contained in the charter completed about this. For a certain sum of money which John gave to Margaret in advance.

County: [Lincolnshire].

Additional people: Witnesses: Master Robert de Scytebroc [Skidbrooke]; William at the Church; William son of Adam; Thomas, son of Hugh of the same; Philip le Boyer of Saufledby [Saltfleetby]; Ranulf Pya; Adam, son of William of the same; and Simon the clerk.
