First party: Alan, son of Richard de Trusthorp [Trusthorpe], and brother of William de Schitebroc [Skidbrooke], clerk, now deceased.
Second party: Master John, son of Odo Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All Alan's right and claim in the name of inheritance after the death of William, his brother, in all arable lands, tenements, buildings, stalls at the port of the sea, meadows, pastures, pasturages, tofts, crofts, ways, paths, commons and on the site of the mill, which were once of his brother in the vills and territories of Schittebroch [Skidbrooke] and Sumercotes [Somercotes], and which William had by the gift of Roger, late vicar of Skidbrooke. For a certain sum of money which Master John gave to Alan in advance.
