Place or subject: 1½d of annual rent which Richard, son of Hugh Cnotting of Schittebroch [Skidbrooke] was accustomed to pay to Hugh for the land and tenement he holds lying upon the common way and towards the north upon the royal way. For a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Hugh in advance in his need. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance.
