Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Three perches of arable land with appurtenances lying in the territory of Schitebroch [Skidbrooke] in Littelcrofte next between the land of the church of St Botolph on the north side and the croft called Odecrofte on the south side, and it abuts towards the west upon the land which was of John son of Schuynne and towards the east upon the land of Richard Walter. Without any reservation, for a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Robert in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Robert and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying 1½d yearly to Robert and his heirs at Michaelmas for all services, secular customs, suits of courts and demands.
