Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: Half an acre of meadow in the meadows of the same vill lying between Philip's land on the east side and the land of Roger the chaplain on the west side, the sides of which abut upon le Flette towards the north and upon le Ulhuc towards the south. For half a mark which Philip gave to Richard in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Richard and his heirs freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance.
