Place or subject: All Thomas's right and claim in the name of gift of sale in the whole land with appurtenances which Robert de Bernak [Barnack] once had in the vill and territory of Skittebrok [Skidbrooke], with which Robert enfeoffed John and his heirs by charter. To hold to John and his heirs and assigns freely, quietly and in inheritance without any challenge or impediment from Thomas and his heirs forever.
