First party: Boniva, daughter of Basing de Blaikemare of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Second party: Odo Galle of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: 6½ acres of land in the territory of Sckitebroc [Skidbrooke], namely two acres of meadow, excepting half a perch, on the north side of Brothercroft, in Blaikemare two acres of arable land, excepting half a perch, in Haicolecroft one acre and one perch, and in Haldecroft three half-acres. To hold to Odo and his heirs of Boniva and her heirs in fee and inheritance, freely, quietly and honourably, paying 8¾d yearly to Boniva and her heirs at four terms for all earthly services and customs pertaining to the land, namely 2d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter and St Botolph, and 2¾d at Michaelmas.
