First party: Hugh, son of Brunnis of Thedelethorp [Theddlethorpe].
Second party: Odo Galle of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All of Hugh's right in land lying in the territory of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke] which Boniva, his aunt, daughter of Basinge, gave to Odo Galle and his heirs by her charter. For 20s which Odo gave to Hugh.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Henry de Cannelay; Peter Galle; Walter de Oxecumbe; Robert de Lyndesey [Lindsey]; Gilbert son of Stepi; John Galle; Philip the parson; and Ranulf son of Maud.
