First party: Gilbert, son of Brunnis de Thedelethorp [Theddlethorpe].
Second party: Odo Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Gilbert's whole right in the land lying in the territory of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke] which Boniva, his aunt, daughter of Basinge, gave to Odo Galle and his heirs by her charter, and for which Gilbert impleaded him at Lincoln by writ of mort d'ancestor before Alexander, abbot of Burgh [Peterborough], Martin de Phatehill [Pattishall] and their fellow justices in eyre. For 20s which Odo gave to Gilbert.
