First party: Richard son of Asger, with the consent and advice of his heirs.
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Two acres of arable land, one perch less, in the vill of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke], which lies in Fencroft between the land of Alice de Westthorp [Westhorpe] and Richard's land. To hold to Odo and his heirs of Richard and his heirs in fee and inheritance, freely, quietly, absolutely and honourably, paying 3d to Richard year for all earthly service and secular exaction, namely 1d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter and St Botolph.
