Place or subject: All the gifts or sales which William and Alexander, Richard's brothers, made to Philip of arable lands, tofts, crofts, meadows, pastures, waters, ways, paths in the vill and territory of Schitebroch [Skidbrooke]. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance according to the tenor of Philip's charters.
