Place or subject: All Alexander's right and claim in all the lands and meadows which were once of Robert, his father, in the territory of Scitebroc [Skidbrooke], and which Philip has by the gift of William, Alexander's brother, with all appurtenances within the vill and outside. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, according to the tenor of the charter which he has from William, Alexander's brother.
