Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Six selions of arable land, containing three acres, in the territory of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke], lying between the lands of Ralph at the Church on both sides, whose limits on the south abut upon the land of Adam son of Geoffrey and the northern limits upon the way which leads to the church of Skidbrooke. Without any reservation, with all liberties and easements belonging to this land within the vill and outside. To hold to Philip and his heirs of the lord of the fee freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying 5d yearly to the lord of the fee, less one farthing, at Michaelmas for all services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
