Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole land which Richard, William's father, sold to Philip with the advice and assent of Margery, his mother, in the territories of Manneby [Manby] and Little Carleton [Carlton], with the toft, croft, buildings and all liberties, appurtenances and easements pertaining to that land, in meadows, pastures, pasturages and in all other places within the vills and outside.
County: [Lincolnshire].
