First party: Richard, son of Martin de Skitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All Richard's right and claim in three acres of land in Skitebroc [Skidbrooke], namely in one acre and one perch of land lying in Aikelcroft, and in one acre, half an acre and one perch of land lying in three selions in Blaikemare, of which three acres of land Philip enfeoffed Richard by charter, which Richard handed over to Philip, together with this quitclaim. For three marks which Philip gave to Richard in advance in his great need. To hold to Philip and his heirs without any challenge from Richard or his heirs.
