Folios: 406v-407. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.
First party: Gilbert, son of Richard de Malbertopp [Mablethorpe].
Second party: Master John Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The site of a certain mill in Skittebroch [Skidbrooke] with the whole green close next adjacent on the east side, with all stalls and houses at the port of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] with the ground adjacent and all appurtenances. Also all the lands, tenements, rents and possessions with appurtenances which Philip Galle had from Roger the vicar of Skittebrok [Skidbrooke] and William the clerk, Roger's nephew, in the vills and territories of Skidbrooke and Summercotes [Somercotes]. Also three acres of meadow lying in Gudnerdcroft in the territory of Skidbrooke]. And six selions of land lying between John's land on both sides. And one selion called le Hutgand lying next to the land which was of John son of Prud, which he has of the gift of Master Robert, Gilbert's brother, together with the whole land lying between the lands of Richard son of Matthew on both sides, just as the charters bear witness, remaining in the hands of Master John.
