Folios: 405v-406. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.
First party: Robert, son of Dav[id] the miller of Schitebroch [Skidbrooke].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: 8½d of annual rent which Philip was accustomed to pay to Robert, namely 3d at four terms of the soke for land which was of John son of Schuynn, and 3d for one acre and a half in Litelcrofte lying next between Philip's land on the north side, at Christmas 1½d and 1½d at Michaelmas, and 2½d at Michaelmas for one acre and a half in Fulsic. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance without any demand from Robert or his hiers.
County: [Lincolnshire].
