First party: Robert, son of Dav[id] de Schittebroch [Skidbrooke].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two selions of arable land with appurtenances in the territory of Schittebroch [Skidbrooke] lying in a place called Godewetgrene next between Philip's lands, and a fourth part of one selion lying between Philip's landsin the same territory in the place called Addecroft. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Robert and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying 1½d yearly to Robert and his heirs at two terms of the year, namely 1d at Christmas and a halfpenny at Michaelmas, for all services, secular customs, suits of courts and demands.
