First party: Elias, son of John de Carleton [Carlton].
Second party: Walter, son of Alan de Burc.
Place or subject: Elias and his heirs will warrant to Walter and his heirs sixteen acres of land and one perch with all appurtenances in the territory of Manby against all men, which Gilbert, son of Roger de Manneby [Manby] gave to the canons of Grymesby [Grimsby] in pure and perpetual alms, and one toft in the vill of Manneby [Manby] in which was situated a windmill. Saving the fee farm of 12d which Walter ought to pay to the canons of Grymesby [Grimsby] at the feast of St Botolph.
