First party: Reginald Seyleberth.
Second party: Philip Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole of Reginald's land called le Lane in the territory of Carlethon [Carlton]. To hold for the term of ten years fully to be completed. Philip is to receive the first crop in 1262, notwithstanding any deed completed between Reginald and Philip previously. Saving to Philip and his heirs any challenge of the crop of the eleventh year of the same land according to the tenor of a certain deed which Herbert de Salfletby [Saltfleetby] has concerning this. [Further details given].
