Place or subject: All her right and claim in Saltchotolme and Saburuir with appurtenances formerly of Alan, her husband, in the territory of Schetebroc [Skidbrooke], for having aid to seek her dower from those who hold of the land and tenement which was of Alan, her husband, in Sommercotes [Somercotes] in Skidbrooke at Philip's costs. Agnes has bound herself that she will not make agreement to accept the land or demise anything else for her right unless with Philip's advice. [Further details given].
