First party: Adam de Baioc' [Bayeux].
Second party: Richard, son of Martin de Schitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: Adam has attorned Richard and his heirs to do to Philip Galle and his heirs the whole service which he owed to him for the tenement he held of him in the vill of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke], namely 18d and two hens, one cock and thirty eggs and all other foreign services that belong to the tenement. Also the whole service which Eve de Luda [Louth] owed for the land she holds of Adam's fee in the vill of Salfletby [Saltfleetby], namely 2s a year and all other foreign services which belong to that tenement.
