Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: 1½d payable yearly at Michaelmas from Gilbert Chanteben of ThedlEthorp [Theddlethorpe] and his heirs forever, which rent Gilbert was accustomed and ought to pay to William yearly at that term for one and a half acres which he held of William in Theddlethorpe, lying in a place called [blank] between the land of Gilbert Leverun on the east side and the land which was of Walter de Coventre [Coventry] on the west side. and the service of Gilbert and his heirs. For one half-mark which Philip gave to William in advance.
