First party: Richard, son of Walter de Parco.
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: 6½ acres with appurtenances in the territory of Skytebrok [Skidbrooke], together with the advowson of the church of the same vill. For his homage and service. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Richard and his heirs in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Richard and his heirs one pair of gloves at the feast of St Botolph for all services and demands.
