First party: Richard, son of Walter de Parco.
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: £9 of annual rent with appurtenances which Richard was accustomed to receive from his tenants in Skitebroc [Skidbrooke] and Somercotes for tenements which they held of him, and the whole service which could fall to Richard or his heirs by any right from those tenements, both in suits of courts, pleas, escheats and all other things without any reservation. For his homage and service. To hold to Philip and his heirs from Richard and his heirs in fee and inheritance, paying £9 yearly to Richard and his heirs or assigns at his house of Britteuuel [Britwell], Oxfordshire, at two terms of the year, namely £4 10s in the quindene of Easter and £4 10s in the quindene of Michaelmas, for all services, suits of court and reliefs and all other services, saving foreign service of the king.
