Second party: Margery, his daughter.
Place or subject: Two acres of land lying in the territory of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke], one acre and one perch of which lie in Helwindayle between the land of Adam de Reitheby [Raithby] on the west side and the land of Roger the chaplain on the east side, and abut towards the south upon the land of Richard son of Robert and towards the north upon the way, and three perches lie in Wlfen between the lands of Roger the chaplain on both sides and abut towards the west upon le Maredic and towards the east upon Philip's ditch. To hold to Margery and her heirs or assigns of William and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace, paying a halfpenny yearly to William and his heirs at Pentecost for all secular services, customs, suits and demands.
