Description

Folio: 400v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Quitclaim.

First party: Ralph Junior, son of Robert, son of Richard de Trustorp [Trusthorpe], he also being one of the heirs of William de Schitebroc [Skidbrooke], clerk, deceased, his uncle.

Second party: Master John, son of Odo Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].

Place or subject: All Ralph's right and claim in the name of inheritance after the death of William, his uncle, in all arable lands, tenements, buildings, stalls at the port of the sea, meadows, pastures, pasturages, tofts, crofts, ways, paths, commons and on the site of the mill, once of his uncle in the vills and territories of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke] and Sumercotes [Somercotes] by the gift of Roger, late vicar of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke]. For eight marks which John gave to Ralph in advance.

County: [Lincolnshire].
