Folios: 400-400v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter E. Grant.
First party: Robert son of William, with the advice and consent of his heirs.
Second party: Walter, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: One acre of meadow in Micheldaile, namely upon the north side, which lies between the land of Robert de Raitheby [Raithby] and the land of Robert son of Wigot, and the length extends from the way of Maredik as far as the meadow of the monks. To hold of Robert and his heirs to Walter and his heirs freely, quietly, absolutely and honourably, paying 1d to Robert and his heirs yearly at the Close of Easter for all earthly service and secular exaction.
County: [Lincolnshire].
