Place or subject: All her right and claim in two acres of land with appurtenances lying in the territory of Schittebroc [Skidbrooke], one and a half acres of which lie next between Philip's land on the north side and the land which was of John son of Schuyn on the south side, and half an acre lies in Guyrneverregren next between Philip's land on the north side and the land of the church on the south side. Which two acres Ranulf, Alice's brother, sold to John, Alice's brother. For a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Alice in advance.
